Beginning January 31, 2012, the Paper Statement Fee will be $5.00. Switching to eStatements saves the member and by cutting costs and the environmental impact, eStatements saves the Credit Union. Its EASY, SAFE, FAST, AND FREE!
eStatements is very popular and preferred by a large portion of our membership and will now be the chosen method of statement delivery. You too can enjoy the convenience and ease of eStatements. Enrolling is fast and simple.

3 easy ways to enroll:
1. After signing into Online Banking, from the user menu, select
- "User Preference", then select
- "Change Statement/Email Address"
- confirm Email Address
- select "Send Member Statement Via E-Mail"
- read consent disclosure, select "I Agree"
2. Print eStatement Disclosure Agreement-Enrollment Form. Fill out and return to the Lassen County Federal Credit Union.
3. Visit the Lassen County Federal Credit Union and speak with a Member Service Representative.
If you do not wish to switch to eStatements, the Credit Union will continue to provide a paper statement for a fee of $5.00 To avoid the statement fee, speak to a MSR or call (530)257-7736, and enroll for eStatements before January 31, 2012.
