Stolen or Lost Card Outside the United States
If your Visa ATM/ Debit Check Card is stolen or lost outside the United States or you are outside the United States call collect 1-206-352-3482

Card Restrictions
For the protection of the Credit Union and its members the Visa Credit Card or ATM/ Debit Check Card are restricted in Mexico, Malaysia, Japan, and Romania.  These Countries are known to have a high risk of fraud. 

Daily VISA ATM Debit Card Purchases/Limits
The daily limits are:

  • 25 purchases for a total of $2,000.00 per day.  Purchases are any transaction that requires a signature.
  • 10 ATM Withdrawals for a total of $700.00 per day.  ATM Withdraws are transactions that require a PIN Number.
  • Daily Cash Advance at another financial institution limits are 3 for a total of $500.00 per day.
